Our first wine storage facility is located just north of downtown West Palm Beach. The facility is refrigerated
between 55 and 58º F, with a relative humidity of 60%-70%. Our cellar manager monitors the temperature, humidity and
alarm systems. Technicians and security experts are available 24 hours a day.
The "triple perimeter" security system incorporates the following aspects:
Gated access to the facility grounds, which are under constant video surveillance,
Digital entry system that controls admittance to the building itself, and
Alarmed doors protecting the wine storage vaults.
In addition, within the vaults, collectors are assigned private, unmarked lockers that are secured
with their own padlocks.
