Having collected wine for almost a decade, we continue to enjoy opportunities to expand our collection through our travels.  Living in Manhattan, however, presented an early problem of how to safely store our wine until it was ready to drink.  Several years ago, we began using a professional wine storage facility and have been very pleased with the peace of mind and convenience it has offered.

After we began spending more time in south Florida, we noted that there were very few wine storage alternatives.  This is true even though (1) basements are a rarity in the state, (2) many residents are part-time, (3) power failure and wide temperature fluctuations are common in private residences, and (4) collectors tend to outgrow their cellars.  All these factors would suggest that Florida collectors have a particular need for a well-run wine storage service.
